Man accused of exposing himself to teen at Lubbock park indicted
A man has been indicted accused of exposing himself to a teen at a Lubbock park.
Jeffrey Miller, 34, is charged with indecent exposure to a child.
Lubbock police responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle driving around Charles A. Guy Park back in May.
The victim told police she was skating home with a friend when they stopped at a stop sign near 88th street and Nashville Ave to wait for a car to pass. She told police she saw a car slowly driving behind them. The victim observed the car pull up next to them when Miller reportedly exposed his genitals and was masturbating.
The victim and witness ran and hid behind a nearby trailer, according to police.
Miller's held on a $250,000 bond.
