THIS AFTERNOON: Upper 70s to low 80s across the area isn't too bad for mid-June. The summer heat will ramp up later this week. A cold front moved through this morning, which ushered in the NE wind.

TONIGHT: Partly cloudy, low near 59. Wind E/SE 5-10mph.

TOMORROW: 85, partly cloudy and breezy, S 12-25mph. It should stay dry during the day. There is a slight chance for storms tomorrow night. While the chance isn't great, where storms develop, some could produce strong wind.

NEXT FEW DAYS: It's going to get hotter starting Friday. The S/SW wind will kick up that day as well. High near 95 Friday, 97 Saturday.

With some humidity in place and a few weak disturbances, we can't rule out an isolated storms this weekend or early next week. But the chance is pretty low at this point. The temperature should drop a few degrees early next week.

Average high this time of year is around 90, climbing to 91 later this week. We've been well below that mark past several days.

Have a great evening. Bobby will have a full update to your forecast here early tomorrow.
