A man leads troopers and police on a chase through Lubbock, Thursday morning, hitting multiple cars before stopping.

DPS reported a trooper stopped Christopher Thomas on US 62/82. When the trooper tried to make contact Thomas reportedly sped off. 

According to DPS, Thomas led them and LPD on a pursuit down the Marsha Sharp to I-27, hitting multiple vehicles along the way.

He continued toward the airport, stopped his car and tried to hide on Kent St. That is where officers arrested him. 

One of the drivers reportedly hit by Thomas was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. 

Thomas faces charges for evading arrest and causing injury. He is also wanted in Mississippi for a parole violation.
