Less than a year after being first spotted together, Matthew Lawrence of “Brotherly Love” has confirmed that he and Chilli from TLC are ready to start a family.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight on March 3rd, the actor opened up about life with his new love, Chilli. “I hope,” the actor said in response to ET’s question on whether a family with Chilli could be in the cards. “That’s the game plan. That’s what we’re trying to do.”
“My life is in complete bloom right now. I get to spend time with an amazing woman like Chilli,” he noted, before describing the singer as “really, really special.”
Chilli is already a mother to 25-year-old son Tron, whom she shares with her ex, Dallas Austin. Their romance took off after Lawrence finalized his divorce from Cheryl Burke in September 2022. Burke, 38, seemingly reacted to Lawrence moving on with Chilli in January, writing on her Instagram Story, “That was fast…” OOF.
